How do I remove (disconnect) an account?
If you no longer use a profile, or if you are an agency and want to disconnect a profile for a client, you can do so from your SocialBee Dashboard. How, you're asking?
First of all, you need to find the profile you want to remove and click on the trashcan icon on the top right corner of each section. Once you click on it, a popup will appear that allows you to choose between two options:
- Reconnect, which will refresh the permissions you have given SocialBee for this profile;
- Disconnect, which will delete the profile entirely and all associated information (posts, schedule RSS feeds, etc.)
Before you disconnect your profile make sure that's something you really want to do! There's no way to recover the information once it has been lost.
However, if you simply want to stop posting your content momentarily, you can set your content to Not Running.
