How to add Comments to your posts

Post comments are available to PRO plans and to customers with a Social Media Specialist or Content Curation concierge service.

When working with a team, you need an easy way to feedback efficiently on the posts that you create in SocialBee. To make your process smoother (and sweeter), we've launched the Post Comments feature. It's an easy to use tool that will help you communicate feedback to your team (or designated bee 🐝) in an efficient and timely manner. 

You can add comments to your posts from the following screens:

  • In each category,
  • From the Content Approval screen,
  • In the View Your Next Posts tab.

To add comments, you just need to click on the "Comments' button. This will open up a text box where you can type in your comment. Once you're done, click on Post Comment to add your feedback. 

Your comment, along with any edit history to the post, will show up in chronological order, with the most recent one being on the top. You can also sort through your comments if you want to change the order, by switching the order between the oldest and newest ones. 

We've released a new version of our comments feature and now you can get notified (if you follow the post, of course) when something changes and mention people as well! Here is how:
