How Can I Crop My Images?

Using SocialBee's image editor you can do the following: 
  • Crop
  • Flip
  • Rotate 

How to open the image editor in SocialBee

Upload your image in SocialBee's Post Editor ( learn how).

Click on the pencil icon in the bottom-left corner of your image.

A new pop-up screen will open with all the tools you need to edit your image. 

How to crop an image in SocialBee

After you opened the image editor in SocialBee, you can choose to crop your image as needed. When the image is first opened, you will see a blue border around it

  1. Crop manually: Dragging from any of the 4 margins of your image allows you to crop to your desired ratio. 
  2. Use our presets for each social platform: Choose one of our presets for specific social media requirements. 
  3. Save your edits: Once you're done cropping your image, hit “Save” in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.

If you click on “Custom Crop”, you'll see our presets:

  • Square (1:1) – This is fit for all platform, but mainly recommended for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Landscape (1.91:1) – This size is a good fit for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Horizontal (16:9) – This size is a good fit for Twitter and Facebook.
  • Portrait (4:5) – This size is a good fit for Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Pinterest Pins (2:3) – This is the standard size for Pinterest images.
  • Vertical (9:16) – This size is a good fit for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Pinterest Tall Pins (1:1) – This is a suggested size for Pinterest images.

How to flip an image in SocialBee

With SocialBee's image editor you can flip your image horizontally or vertically. 

Save your edits: Once you're done flipping your image, hit “Save” in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.

How to rotate an image in SocialBee

With SocialBee's image editor you can rotate your image clockwise. 

Save your edits: Once you're done rotating your image, hit “Save” in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.
