How Do I Cancel My SocialBee Subscription?

If for some reason you don't like our platform or service (although we doubt it), you can fill in our cancelation form, and one of our bees will take care of everything else.

Canceling Your Subscription

In order to do this, you will have to go to your Billing Menu and scroll to the bottom. There, you will see a button that says "Cancel Products".

This will open a pop-up window that will let you choose the service you're canceling, the reason why prompt you to give us your feedback, and if you'd like (or not) to stay in touch. Once that's done, we'll process everything by the end of your billing cycle!

Deleting Your Account

When you choose to delete your account, keep in mind that this means losing all the data you have previously stored in SocialBee. If you would like to proceed, send us an email at hello@socialbee.io and let us know.
