How Do I Add Posts from My Post History?

Say one of your posts has gotten a lot of engagement, but you no longer have it in your SocialBee categories. Can you add it right back, without too much hassle? Yes, you can do so by going to your Post History tab. This can be accessed from your left-side menu, by clicking on Analytics.

You can see the "Re-use this post" button on the left side, at the very bottom of each, individual post.

Re-Use This Post (Re-Use Only This Post)

If you only want to re-add the post for this specific profile (eg. the SocialBee.io Facebook Page) then you will have to click "Re-use this post" or, if you've clicked the arrow pointing down, then "Re-use only this post". This will open the post editor with all the details of your post, but only the selected profile is active.

On this screen, you can edit the post as you would with any other post you've created. You can see all the details on how to do that in this article.

Re-Use This Whole Post

If you only want to re-add the whole post, regardless of the number of profiles and variations, then you will have to select "Re-use this whole post" once you've clicked the arrow pointing down. This will open the post editor with all the details of your post, including profiles and variations.

When you use this option, you will recreate (as the name says) the entire post, with all the assigned profiles and all the variations of the post. On this screen, you can edit the post as you would with any other post you've created. You can see all the details on how to do that in this article.
