One of the ways in which you can curate content into your SocialBee account is through our Quuu Integration. This means that you can set up your Quuu account to push content directly into one (or multiple) of your SocialBee Categories. Read below to find out how to do that.
If you don't know Quuu yet, it's a tool that can help you automate content curation for your Social Profiles. Here's how to use it with SocialBee:
Creating and setting up a Quuu account
First, you need to create an account with Quuu, if you don't have one already. You can do so here.
Once an account has been created, you'll be asked to provide a name and to choose a Scheduler. There, you can choose SocialBee, like in the screenshot below:
The next step is to Authorize SocialBee, so you'll be prompted to log into your SocialBee account. Once you do, click Authorize.
Congrats! You've just connected SocialBee to Quuu.
Setting up your Social Profiles
The next step is to set up the Social Profiles you want to curate content for, as well as the settings for each profile. To do so, select the social profile you want to set up and you'll have to customize the settings for each.
You can curate content one of two ways: Manually and Automatically. Depending on your Quuu Plan, you should be able to send upto 6 content suggestions, to 3 or more
Option 1. Manually
If you want to choose the content that gets imported into your category, you can use the Manual Setting. This will allow you to push the content manually, from your Quuu account, to your SocialBee category of choice.
Make sure to enable the toggle for "Profile is currently receiving content suggestions" before saving the configuration.
Option 2. Automatically
If you don't want the hassle of choosing the content you want to send to your SocialBee categories each day, you can also make it import automatically. When you do that, you'll be asked to select whether you want the content to be imported as "Approved" or "Not Approved". As a safety measure, to make sure the content suits your target audience and also to be able to create original copy for the post, we recommend adding the content as "Not Approved'.
You'll also have to choose how many articles you want Quuu to import into your category per day. You can choose from a range of 1 to 6 articles per day. Next, you need to select your category and click save. Make sure to enable the toggle for "Profile is currently receiving content suggestions" before saving the configuration.
Sending Posts to SocialBee
Once you've configurated your Quuu account, you need to set up the RSS feeds you follow. You can do that by clicking "Discovery", then finding the feeds you're interested in and following the, They should start updating content within the first 24h.
Once there's content to share (and if you chose to share it manually), once you've selected the article you want to share, you can click the "Share" button.
The system will then prompt you to edit the content or send it directly to SocialBee. Once you're ready to import it, you can click "Send to SocialBee".
Now, you'll find this content in the category you've selected. If you selected "not approved", the post will be a drat until you're ready to publish. Otherwise, it will get sent as approved directly.
That's it :) You're all set up to use the Quuu and SocialBee integration.
